2D Computer Animation Instructor (Online – Worldwide)

Vancouver Animation School is seeking a 2D Computer Animator Instructor (Online – Worldwide) to join our team. Vancouver Animation School is devoted to educate aspiring artists in the diverse disciplines that form the Animation, Visual Effects and Video Game industries. We believe in empowering the artists to empower their art.

We already have an awesome faculty, and we are looking to expand it by adding artists who are passionate about passing the torch of knowledge to the next generation of artists. If this sounds like you, keep on reading:

What you will be teaching:

Teachers will be placed in one of the following terms:

• Term 1: Animation foundations
• Term 2: Locomotion
• Term 3: Acting
• Term 4: Final Project

Software requirements:

• Adobe Animate CC

Qualifications

• Currently working in a studio
• Feature Film or Video Game experience/credits
• Certificate or
• Diploma or
• Degree
• Supplemented by 24 months of occupational experience in the field of instruction
