Vancouver Animation School is a leading educational institution offering programs for the Animation, Visual Effects and Video Game industries.

What you will be teaching

Teachers will be placed in one of the following terms:

Term 1: Animation Principles (Maya) + Drawing Foundations
Term 2: Locomotion, Physics and Body Mechanics
Term 3: Intro to Acting
Term 4: Advanced Acting

Software requirements

Teachers need to have their own hardware and software (educational discounts are available to our faculty) and to be fluent in Maya.

Qualifications

Currently working in a studio
Feature Film experience/credits
Certificate or
Diploma or
Degree or
Supplemented by 24 months of occupational experience in the field of instruction
