Overview
Western FX Studios is looking for 3D Generalists for our live-action Netflix children’s series. This project will involve many shots with Full CG Ghost Characters and CG Props.
The Generalist will be working closely with the CG Supervisor to create photo-realistic assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Executes a broad range of VFX tasks including look development, lighting objects, modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering.
– Establishes looks and/or follows set style direction.
– Understands and follows production guidelines; solves design and/or effect challenges for key visual effects shots.
– Receives and implements feedback quickly and effectively.
– A technical understanding of visual effects pipelines is a plus.
– And the candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, yet laid-back environment.

We strictly follow all labour standards, pay proper OT after 8 hours (on the rare occasion that we do overtime), and have an excellent work environment.
