Overview

Waterproof Studios is looking for a communications and marketing intern for the studio.

Your Role:

You will work closely with our Producers and Business Development on a variety of exciting projects.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies consistent with similar studios in our industry
• Plan and execute social media projects such as highlighting our projects on Instagram and Facebook
• Provide recommendations in areas such as PR and Communications
• Connect to press outlets for stories and promotions on the studio
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Support other projects as needed

We’re Looking For:

• Advanced understanding of social media strategy (particularly Facebook and Instagram)
• Experience with graphic design (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Willingness to help out with other departments
• Keen attention to detail
• Flair for words and enthusiasm for promoting a brand
• Positive team player attitude
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• PR and Communications degree or in-progress
