Waterproof Studios is looking for a Modeling Supervisor to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• 5+ years experience as a Modeler in a production environment
• 2 + years experience in a Lead or Supervisor role
• Experience leading a team and giving direction to Jr. Artists
• Experience creating workflows and working with the pipeline team to suggest and implement changes
• Strong Communication
• Experience working with creatures, characters and environments both photo-real and stylized
• Ability to work as part of a team, give and take direction
