Overview
Required Qualifications:
MUST be proficient in Nuke and have at least 3 years experience working in VFX (Experience with Mocha, Facetracker and Shotgrid is a bonus!)
Must possess superb understanding of basic Nuke expressions and plate distortion, and colour space
Must have excellent eye for details and detail oriented
Must be fast and efficient, with the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision whilst producing high quality work
Must have ability to collaborate with other artists to share knowledge and techniques
Have a working knowledge of the technical and organizational aspects of the studio pipeline
Work as a team member and be receptive to feedback from supervisor and clients
Experience in digital makeup / beauty work preferred, but not essential
Must have access to internet speeds of at least 100 mbps download

About Vitality VFX
Vitality VFX is a company led by the professionals who pioneered the art and business of high end digital cosmetic work for feature films. Since our inception in 2014, our scope of work has expanded to general 2D compositing work. Our recent projects include The Lost Bus, Marty Supreme, The Bikeriders, The Little Mermaid, Peacemaker Season 2, and Monarch Season 2. We are looking to welcome passionate and talented Compositors experienced in de-aging / beauty work onto our team for a 2 month contract to start, which may be extended depending on the studio schedule. We believe that quality work is produced by nurturing a solid work / life balance. We are a fully remote studio, but we are only able to hire artists based in Vancouver, Canada at this time.
