Overview

Currently seeking an experienced VFX Coordinator to join our in-house team working on a new 10 episode Netflix series, The Order Season 1. Our production office is located in Yaletown in Downtown Vancouver. Applicants must be a BC resident with Canadian Citizenship, PR or already permitted. The contract would start immediately and run until the end of November, with the potential to move on to other shows.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate notes during reviews with the Supervisors and Showrunner

• Utilize our shot tracking database to manage shots, statuses, and notes

• Schedule, prioritize and track assignments and project details

• Complete rounds to ensure milestones are on track.

• Ensure a clear flow of information and elements between artists and departments

• Communicate with team and departments to ensure deadlines and deliveries are clear

Required Qualifications:

• Experience within a deadline driven creative environment

• Clear confident communicator

• Adept in skillfully juggling tasks

• Organised and focused

• Minimum 1 year experience in a VFX environment
