RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze company financial results and provide insights and recommendations for cost control and performance improvement
• Develop business cases, financial models, budgets and forecasts to support the Executive Management team and Business Strategy team with the execution of strategy, projects, and initiatives
• Prepare various monthly and ad hoc financial reports
• Evaluate the team’s existing reporting suite including developing new reports and automating/streamlining existing reports for improved efficiency and ensuring accurate and concise information is presented to the end-user
• Prepare financial packages and develop relationships with external stakeholders
• Support the accounting team with the annual audit
• Additional duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Professional designation (CPA or CFA) is considered an asset
• 3 years+ experience in a progressing Finance role
• Advanced excel skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and KPIs
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
