KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in the acquisition of motion capture data and all stage operations
  • Sets up and calibrates all equipment, ranging from both large stages to personal devices with an emphasis on real-time streaming techniques as well as cleanup for post-production where necessary
  • Ensures the stages and all mocap equipment are safe, clean, and in good working order at all times
  • Works closely with all related departments

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with motion capture technologies, such as high-end optical (Vicon, Giant, Motion Analysis, etc.) and inertial (Xsens, Noitom), in set up and calibration
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with motion capture software like Blade, Cortex, Motive, MVN
  • Animate in capture, data cleanup, and solving
  • In-depth Experience with 3D engines and software such as Unreal, Unity, Maya, Motionbuilder, 3ds Max
  • Scripting skills (Python, HSL, C++) are highly desirable
  • A keen interest in virtual production methodologies
  • Pro-active, self-directed, and motivated
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Solutions-oriented with a passion to succeed
  • Open to exploring emerging tech
