Duties & Responsibilities:

This internal position reports directly to the Head of Production.

+ Primarily responsible for the management of all resources both human and digital.
+ Work with the Head of Production to ensure execution of a production workflow to best utilize all resources; human and digital.
+ Daily curation of Shotgun artist dashboard to promote best utilization of human resources through improved artist experience.
+ Manage the distribution of all resources human and digital across multiple ongoing projects.
+ Daily upkeep of staffing schedule to help manage human resources across multiple ongoing shows.
+ Daily upkeep through delegation to render wrangler of render allocation to help manage digital resources across multiple ongoing shows.
+ Lead and mentor the internal departmental production coordination team.
+ Work with mid level supervisors (CG/Comp/FX to best allocate artists based on known artist strengths and show needs.
+ Work with the Head of Production and CG Supervisor to manage the internal pipeline development team with the goal of promoting the best utilization of all resources both human and digital.

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years visual effects production experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of leading teams as a production manager
• Should have Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Shotgun is must
• Experience working with a company that has facilities worldwide is a plus
