TALENTED BG PREP SUPERVISOR NEEDED TO HEAD UP OUR BG PREP DEPARTMENT

This opportunity involves working in an innovative R&D supported pipeline, friendly and collaborative environment, with a group of passionate artists who are committed to furthering the art of visual storytelling, and helping our exceptionally talented crew to push the boundaries of artistic and technical achievement at our studio.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
As our BG Prep Supervisor, you will work at a facility level to keep your eye on the big picture and push our BG Prep pipeline to the next level. You will train, mentor and lead your team to bring out their passion and technical abilities. From the internal workflow, integration with other departments, tools and techniques, to identifying areas for improvement, you will work with other department supervisors and R&D to continue to develop our pipeline and team to tackle the next challenges.
