Position: Game Designer (Monetary/Numerical Setup)
Report to: Lead Game Designer
Department:  MH Game Design Team
Hiring Level: Experienced
Contract length & Type: start with 3 months contract, extension type based on performance
Workplace:  At Office

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the product design of mobile game Mythic Heroes: Idle RPG, including but not limited to gameplay design and system function design (designs must be unique, and well-received by the players).

• Balancing elements of fun, creativity and user experience

• Working closely with stakeholders to creating new concepts and improving games

• Creating, implementing, balancing and testing proven methods for virtual economies

• Descriptively composing game design documents, developing story lines, writing proposals and defining game play mechanics and sharing ideas with team members

• Demonstrating vision for games through mockups, screen-flows charts and other tools

• Designing and creating levels to maximize elements of fun, creativity and user experience

• Other tasks assigned by the team.

 

Requirements:

• Work experience in game design is a MUST

• Work experience with Unity 3D is a PLUS

• Experience with game Monetary/Numerical Setup design for single player and multiplayer systems and mechanics

• Strong understanding of both premium and free-to-play games

• Ability to generate and refine engaging game mechanics and themes

• Expertise with balancing, including but not limited to, game progression, economies, and reward structures

• Bilingual English and Mandarin speaker will be a bonus
