Salary Range: CAD48000 – CAD55000 annual

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the GUI design of art center projects, familiar with the UNITY engine, and able to independently complete the UI integration and reconstruction work within the game.

2. Coordinate the progress and quality of GUI work in projects to ensure smooth completion of tasks.

3. Understand user requirements and design interfaces that align with user habits and preferences.

4. Conduct visual and interaction iterations based on product business requirements, establish, maintain, and update design standards to ensure consistent user experience.

5. Stay informed about industry design trends, analyze competitors, study the aesthetic preferences of target users, optimize existing products, participate in new product development, and continuously enhance the user experience to achieve excellence.

6. Willing to share experiences and help achieve visual breakthroughs in product design.

7. Perform other related tasks;

 

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of online game art, with involvement in at least one complete game development project.

2. Possess extensive practical experience in creative design and a strong foundation in art, demonstrating excellent artistic appreciation and the ability to discern game art. Have unique expressions and aesthetic sensibilities in graphics, layout, color, and illustration.

3. Deep understanding of GUI/UE design theories, methods, and processes, with keen insights into industry trends.

4. Able to comprehend the role and significance of GUI/UE in game development, with a certain level of understanding of the work processes of game design and programming. Capable of effectively collaborating with game designers and programmers for project development.

5. Demonstrate project planning and teamwork skills, effective communication abilities, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle project pressures, and the capacity to independently solve complex project issues and challenges. Embrace innovation.

 

Bonus Points:
Proficiency in using After Effects (AE) or other software for UI motion graphics production.
