Responsibilities

This position entails a Front-End Generalist role with the following key responsibilities:

Design and Development Proficiency: Proficiently utilize Unity3D for both design and development tasks, while effectively outlining programming specifications to guide implementation.
Code Creation and Scripting: Undertake the responsibility of crafting well-structured code in C# and other scripting languages. This code will cater to diverse game systems such as artificial intelligence, physics, graphics, and sound, ensuring seamless integration and operational functionality.
Collaboration and Progress Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration by coordinating efforts with the art, resource, and other relevant departments. This coordination ensures the smooth advancement of game development, with a focus on sustaining regular progress.
Performance Optimization: Take ownership of optimizing game performance to provide players with a polished and responsive experience. This involves identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, including load time reduction and resolution of performance-related concerns.
These responsibilities collectively contribute to the holistic game development process, ultimately leading to the creation of engaging and high-quality games. All related tasks within this scope will be diligently performed.

 

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong programming skills in C# or other scripting languages
2. Understand the Shaderlab language and physics engine of Unity3D and be familiar with 3D graphics;
3. Proficient in Unity3D game engine and 3D animation knowledge, able to use Javascript/C# in Unity to complete level production;
4. Experience in Unity3D online game development, including IOS and Android platforms;
5. Develop Unity3D and Maya or 3D model coordination specifications;
6. Good team spirit, communication and excellent organization and coordination skills;
7. A love of games, approach issues in a serious and responsible way, and able to work under pressure;
8. Experience in SLG game and 3D game project development is preferred;
9. Knowledge of AI techniques like midjourney, Chat GPT etc. is a plus;
