Responsibilities

Create gameplay landscapes, 2D character concepts, and other relevant assets that align with the existing style of our mobile game
Collaborate closely with the lead artist, UI artists, animators, and FX artists to provide quick sketches for character poses, FX image references etc.
Participate in day-to-day game design discussion with a team of talented game designers and other stakeholders, and assist them convert their visions into visual assets in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

3+ years of experience in developing concepts in game or film industry. (Experience of shipping mobile games or AAA games is a plus)
Strong knowledge of form, perspective, composition value and color theory.
Able to create believable environment design to sell the visual storytelling.
Traditional drawing and painting skill is a plus.
Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of human anatomy and able to design clean rendered fantasy characters (Stylized painterly render)
A portfolio to demonstrate your concept art skills.
