Role Description

Work closely with a group of talented artists, game designers, programmers, and project managers to further develop a mobile game that is already launched in many countries across the world.
Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders to come up with the best visual solutions that align with the existing art style, and even take it to the next level.
Provide art directions and be the source of inspiration of a team of artists that specialized in concept art, UI design, animation, and special effects.
Collaborate effectively with the project managers to ensure all deadlines and designing needs are met.

Qualifications

At least 5 years professional game development experience. (Successful shipping fantasy mobile/ AAA games are a plus)
BA in Fine Arts or equivalent
Portfolio should prove an expert knowledge of human anatomy and environmental design.
Demonstrate the ability to develop and manage art vision, helping define and manage the artistic direction.
Demonstrate strong understanding of 2D drawing and painting skills.
Collaborate with other leads to create the visual solution for existing and future projects.
Providing paint over and feedback (character and landscape design) for internal and external artists.
Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop. (Knowledge of using basic 3D software will be a plus)
Have effective analytical, written, oral, team, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Be self-driven on solving problems, willing to communicate with patience, eager to learn and willing to share their knowledge with others.
