Human Resources/Administrative Assistant
•      Must be self-motivated, detailed orientated and highly organized

•      Must enjoy being busy, completing paper work accurately and have excellent interpersonal skills

•      Must have experience working in a similar capacity

•      Must have a strong interest in Canadian immigration and desire to increase your skill set in this field

•      Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills

•      Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources is preferred or equivalent work experience in a similar field.

Job Responsibilities include:

•      Working with HR Director and Coordinator to complete all Employee paperwork and contracts accurately and in a timely manner

•      Filing paperwork in employee files

•      Attending Employee performance reviews for all departments

•      Assisting with onboarding new Employees; creating new files, meeting employees to go over paperwork and contracts

•      Updating Employee Work Team accounts for role changes and promotions

•      Checking all Employee files to ensure they are accurate and up to date

•      Updating Employee contracts for all of our Show Productions

•      Processing LMIA and NAFTA work visa-using the designated check list to ensure all applications are accurate and all required paperwork is included in the applications

•      Managing and tracking all immigration documentation and being the main point of contact for immigration questions, and for follow up with LMIA and NAFTA work visas

•      Meeting with Employees to process paper applications for NAFTA and/or LMIA work visas

•      Some general administrative duties as required; updating employee data bases and spread sheets

•      Working with HR to collect and file supporting Employee document for Company tax credits

•      Assisting with exiting employees; ROE’s, checking employee files and contract
