Receptionist & Studio Support

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Studio Support to join our team. We value fun, friendly, and highly organized individuals, who are great at taking the initiative to get things done.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
Reliable, dependable and calm under pressure
Positive attitude and desire to help others
Great attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Proficient with modern office software and tools, eg. G Suite

Responsibilities

High Priority
Provide pro-active ongoing support to the team
Assist with improving and creating systems for efficient office procedure
Greet any visitors to the office
General maintenance of the office and it’s clean appearance
Coordinate couriers, sort mail and deliveries
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Prepare refreshments to serve in meetings
Track office supplies inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
Mid Priority
Maintain & champion company social media accounts, monitoring industry events, creating content, and responding to messaging
Collect and forward invoices, receipts, and bills to appropriate departments
Maintain office equipment, and coordinate office maintenance
Low Priority
General studio duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing and maintaining company documents, both physical and online
Maintain & update external and internal websites

Term: This is a part-time position with the potential of becoming permanent
