Overview

We have a few projects on the go and we’re looking for some help keeping our bids up to date, sending reports to the production team and assist in planning the resources and potentially prepping bid documents.

Must Have

Proven experience working in production
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in working with databases ( ie. Shotgun )
Knowledge of FTP software
Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have

Project Management experience

Experience in managing artists and clients

HTML / Wiki skills
Knowledge of Filemaker
