Overview
CoSA VFX Vancouver has a few production positions available on a network TV Series shooting in Vancouver. These positions could be suitable for film studies or visual effects graduates who are more keen on the administrative or production side.
We have an immediate need for an VFX Coordinator to work directly with our VFX Supervisor organizing schedule, vendors, reviews, notes, etc. Experienced preferred, but we can train someone into these specific tasks if they have knowledge of VFX, plus excellent organization and communication skills. This person works directly with the owner of CoSA, probably at the TV series production office, not here in our studio, so it is suitable for a mature self-starter. Start date immediately, position runs for 6-10 months.
I’d also like to talk to on-set VFX PA’s, junior is fine but on-set protocol is a must. Start date immediately, position runs for 6-10 months.
I’ll also have a full-time permanent Jr. VFX Coordinator position available in the fall to work with me here in the studio – I can train the right person. Start date to be determined.
All must be BC Resident and either CDN/PR or permitted to work in Canada through Spring 2016.
Please email me and tell me about yourself and your experience, along with your resume. Gillian Pearson, Production Manager, gillian@cosavfx.com.
